Wow I had been here once with no idea what to do but figured out I probably needed several types of TOTTS. Had put it on the back burner but got a chance to get it today with some guidance from FeartheFish. After several attempts my TOTT finally came through & I was able to sign the log. I did find it easier in the winter than through the summer weeds.

Out caching with FeartheFish and Benj59. Benj59 had found this one before and he came along to give us a "hint" which still didn't make retrieval any easier. FtF had a TOTT in his car that I was able to use to get the container into our hands and I used another TOTT to get it back so that other finders can "enjoy" getting their hands on it. Giv it a fav! TFTC!

I found this one with Nickgatt and my three geohounds after walking along the trail. I had a TOTT in the truck that was purchased for just these types of hides. Putting it back was a bit tricky as well. TFTC SL.

This is where I ended up today. I went down below, but couldn't find anything. Thanks! I'll be starting my next bike ride here, so I'll try again in a few days.

We are still sort of in shock that we actually found this evil, evil cache all on our own - no hints, no other cachers with us. We looked at this one first and pretty sure George got a small concussion walking into one of the beams - very loud thud !! But he is tough so we decided to wander on down to Backwoods. Came back and soon spotted it but now, how to retrieve it? Several trips back to the car and we had the perfect TOTT. Definitely a favorite point !!!!

I love the High Line Canal trail. And I have been on this section many times. Exciting to see a new cache being placed here.

Wow. I don’t want to give anything away here so I’ll keep it a little short. I actually didn’t spend as much time on this in the same way as the FTF group of 4. No hint given, I guess I’m just getting better at figuring out what madness the5millers concoct at these locations. Or not. I’m sure that theory will be proven wrong on my next attempt at one of theirs. Different kind of evil hide than I’m used to. I wasn’t well prepared on my first trip (or my second) so I had to come back today to finish the job. Easier this time for sure. As others have said - good luck to the next finder.

Thanks for the hide the5millers

I was supposed to meet benj59 here this morning but he blew me off when I was in route here. I decided to detour and grab some breakfast before an appointment I had at 10am. Afterwards I grabbed a couple caches, picked up DimensionGarret, weasel311 and Landen24 to come back for this one.

...benj59, you are on your own, my man...

It took just a couple minutes to locate as I had the right idea but was lacking a TOTT. A quick walk back to the car resolved that. Before we could get the cache a muggle decided to interrupt and ask what we were doing. Told him to mind his own darn business, gave him the finger and smiled as he walked on. Back to work we went ad we had the cache in no time. We loved this one and award you a favorite point on this beautiful cache that you placed for us.

Found GC7KAEW - Make a Splash! on March 18, 2018 using Cachly for iOS.

Some may call me seriously mentally ill. Some may state that I am in a state of mind that prevents social interaction. Some may say I am in a state of mind that prevents normal perception and or behavior. I prefer to say that I tend to do the same thing over and over again, but I expect different results. That being said, I believe we only live one life and I am trying to make the best of it. I thank you, the5millers for placing a fun geocache to fuel my "insanity" or addiction as I call it. I appreciate you bringing me here so that I can try and sign my alias on a piece of paper that you have hidden.

I look forward to finding more of your geocaches. I also look forward to potentially finding geocaches with you one day and sharing stories of our insanity... I mean hobby or addiction? Cheers!

This was one of the most difficult caches I have ever encountered. My co-FTF's have certainly covered the difficulties in their logs. It is way more that a 3 difficulty. I won't comment on the terrain. SL
