Dangerous Animals  Thorns  Stealth required

This is the second cache of the series. It's called a Snakes Home because I like to look for snakes around here. Don't be alarmed though, the snakes around here are almost always harmless Garter Snakes and will flee when spotted. If you see any, let me know!

Now this cache is a little tougher than number 1 in the series. It is located on a hill off the path a ways. The hill is pretty steep and full of thorny plants and loose dirt. It is pretty close to the top of the hill by a pine tree. The cache is pretty easy to spot. It's a small tupperware container covered in American flag duck tape. There is some room for some small items inside. There isn't much parking except for the road up the trail 200ft but I wouldn't recommend parking there unless you plan to be in and out quickly. Also watch out for muggles, there are houses right above the hill.

Thanks!

First cache of the day. Happy to redeem our previous DNF. Almost gave up again today, starting to PAF but then we found it ! Slippery terrain and lots of cactus.

This was a tough one, and it was getting pretty hot. We persevered, and I was happy to whistle that I found it. Found with BearAdair and Bhob.

Picked up the trackables to move along. Thanks! We have a pet Colombian Rainbow Boa Constrictor.

Given the time of year and the name of this cache, I did not want to stick around and find more than the container and log. PayMeCache twisted my arm into looking for it anyway and like an idiot, I blindly followed. The growth was pretty dense, but the container was quickly in hand and log signed. I cannot lie, I was super excited to be back on the paved sidewalk!!

I had to pick up PayMeCache bright and early this morning as he was in the area having his work truck serviced. We knew we were going to have a few idle hours, so we decided to work some and play some.

I had jotted down some caches in the vicinity that I needed to fill in my grid based on the hid by date. This one colored in another green square on the grid. We also made this a double digit find day for me....something I haven't done in many many months so that was spectacular as well! TFTC.

I'm glad today the area was snow free and dry! This could be a difficult area otherwise! Sl, thanks!

Cache is still here, I checked on it the other day. The only problem is the yucca the cache is in has grown so you have to be quite careful getting it out. It definitely needs some new swag items though! Good luck!
