Found it on the ground. The metal tie has broken off right at the cache. I stuck it in a crook in the tree. TFTC!!

Found it after looking for 45 minutes. Read everyone else's logs for clues but just could not find it. Went and found the overlook one and came back. Found it on the ground so it must have fallen in all the wind we've had so we relocated to a safe spot. Like Spock says take a hint from a loving wife & mother.
