Puzzler
-TwoCs- went to Las Vegas with a pot of money. They agreed to
use the pot of money together for their gambling.
Being dinner time when they arrived, -HimC- wanted to go to
their favorite sushi bar. But -HerC- was anxious to gamble. So
-HimC- went for sushi and -HerC- took the pot of money and went to
their favorite casino.
Their favorite casino charges one dollar to enter and one dollar
to exit. -HerC- paid her one dollar and went in. Luck was not with
her and she lost half her money at the blackjack table. Having a
bad luck streak she paid her one dollar and left the casino to join
-HimC- at the sushi bar where she disclosed her loss.
-HimC- said "no problem". "I'll go to the casino and win back
our money."
So -HimC- took the pot of money, went to the casino, paid his
one dollar and entered. However, -HimC- had a rare streak of bad
luck and he lost half the money playing the roulette table.
Dejected, he paid his one dollar, left the casino and joined -HerC-
back at the sushi bar.
They commiserated about their loss with a bottle of sake. Then
another bottle and another and another and ......... you get the
picture. Feeling revigorated with the sake they went to the casino
together, paid their one dollar and entered. Their favorite dealer
was at the poker table - how could they lose? But alas luck was not
with them and they lost half their money again. Fortunately they
had one dollar remaining which they had to pay to leave the casino.
Upon leaving the casino their pot of money was gone. They had
nothing....nada........zip.
So the question is:
1. How much money was in the pot of money when -TwoCs- arrived in
Las Vegas?
2. Did -HerC- bust, win or push on her first bet at the blackjack
table?
3. How many bets did -HimC- make at the roulette table before
losing half the money?
4. What color was the poker dealers hair?
