Found it! Solved the puzzle! This was some puzzle I tell you. Took days of me thinking and scratching my head. Giving up for months only to be drawn back in. This cache needs some maintenance. The wind has blown and twisted up some things. Thanks for the puzzle! Gets a favorite from me.

Great puzzle. I figured out the first part rather quickly
