(For extra credit while finding this cache, please see if you can find a scrap of trash in the vicinity and take it away. Help keep our beautiful neighborhood clean!)

No need to disturb any landscaping in looking for this cache.

I've lived in Cherry Knolls for many years and until placing this cache never realized that this main entrance to Cherry Knolls has a plaque as well as a brick garden.
Welcome to The Cherry Knolls community! Cherry Knolls was incorporated in May 1960, which is why you see so many mature trees, larger yards, and a diversity of homes. Neighbors range from young families to original homeowners. Our parks, schools, and pool are tightly woven into neighborhood life. The baby sitting co-op is the longest operating organization of its type in the Denver area.

There are several other caches in the vicinity that can be accessed by a pleasant stroll along Big Dry Creek. If you see any litter, please do CITO (Cache In Trash Out)! Happy hunting!

Visited, and took a photo of the container, in case anyone needs a visual hint in the future.

I’m out early on a Saturday morning before all the hub bub starts. Thanks to the CO for placing this cache.

This one was very tricky. Looks like it's been painted over, but since I grabbed one of your other caches I knew what to look for and was able to dislodge it and find it. Lots of trash around, and it's all larger objects that my dog and I couldn't take. TFTC, SL!

I was recently reminded by PayMeCache that we were out caching on this day because I was trying to get to 1500 finds before the end of 2017 and he was trying to get to 2017 finds in 2017. (a much cooler accomplishment I might add). For whatever reason these final few stagglers never got logged so I'm getting everything cleaned up now - 2 months later. The good news in all of this is we both met out goal before the candle burned out on 2017!! TFTC

Catching up on my ridiculous amount of logs that have accumulated the last couple of months.

I signed a challenge earlier this year that required a large amount of caches to be found and I’m finally at the home stretch. Making a hard push at the end of the month here since weather is in my favor and trying to get this thing wrapped up before years end.

All is well here with the cache and log.

Some may call me seriously mentally ill. Some may state that I am in a state of mind that prevents social interaction. Some may say I am in a state of mind that prevents normal perception and or behavior. I prefer to say that I tend to do the same thing over and over again, but I expect different results. That being said, I believe we only live one life and I am trying to make the best of it. I thank you, rolfdenver for placing a fun geocache to fuel my "insanity" or addiction as I call it. I appreciate you bringing me here so that I can try and sign my alias on a piece of paper that you have hidden.

I look forward to finding more of your geocaches. I also look forward to potentially finding geocaches with you one day and sharing stories of our insanity... I mean hobby or addiction? Cheers!
