While looking for the cache, people in the house next to the GZ asked me if I was looking for two lost dogs. I said no and they went about their business; I hope they find the dogs’ owner! TFTC.

Thanks for the really tough puzzle! This one took a fair amount of research but revealed so much! Eventually I gathered all the data. Today on the way to an event in Falcon I stopped to log some of my solved puzzles. This one made the cut. All is well here. Signed, stamped and returned as found. Thanks again for the fun puzzle!
