I looked for a few minutes but the batteries on my GPS were running out so I had to stop before the smiley.
There's a glaring error on one of the information signs. An ADIT is a HORIZONTAL mine entrance, not vertical; that's a shaft.

Last day of Colorado vacation and decided to hit this short cut road to Victor for something to do after driving back from Manitou Springs. What an awesome place for a cache! And I loved that it was the Hoosier Mine. We’re from Indiana and so we’re Hoosiers! We spotted the container right away with the spot on coords but I had trouble retrieving it. We got a stick though and scooted it up to where we could get it.

Thanks jwb2012 for the cache and the smiley! Favorite point given.
