The Shadow

The second portion of the quadrant was left for Shadow. Shadow was an old dog but he was always up for learning a new trick.

He was an imposing figure with his long black hair and deep brown eyes. His special talent was hiding in plain site or in the eerie depths of dark shadows. During his time an H.O.U.N.D. he was one of Dunkin's most apt students. He was indeed the only hound to successfully surprise his master in the final exam.

After the academy, Shadow staked out an encampment on government land and lived in the wild. He was able to hide in the shadows of boulders on the top of a hill where he could see all intruders for miles.

Lots of tree to look in for this cache so I may have just missed it. However, there was not a geotrail heading towards it so I had to wonder if that was the right spot.
