Takes less than an hour  Available during winter  Stealth required  Needs maintenance  Park and Grab

Military aircraft series.
Some may remember the previous EC-121 cache that was placed near here (GC24M4R). Problems arose with it however, the first container rusting away and the second's lid cracking. Could not find a spot that would do better so it ended up getting archived. I have taken a look at this location again here lately and finally found a spot for a more durable container. Parking is tricky, try to pull into the spot at the top of the hill. Probably best to come in the evening when there is less traffic.

Today @WindAtMyBack and I traveled through evening rush hour traffic to Monument, Colorado, to grab a bunch of caches. This is a great time of year and Monument is a beautiful place to witness the openness of mother nature. I know that phone reception is spotty out here, so we downloaded a list. During our journey we saw one garter snake, several hawks, crows, and a bunch of smaller birds. The weather was moderated with a very light, occasional rain and constant cloud cover. Great weather for caching. No problem here. TFTC!
