This cache was placed on Leap Day in a saddle above Burro Springs. Hence the name. Go north of La Garita on road 42 then turn left on road 42K. You can drive to within .20 miles of the cache, then it's a nice little climb to the top.

Had a bit of an adventure approaching this cache in the rain - decided shoes had better traction on the clay road than my coated tires so it took a bit longer to reach this one than planned but that is half the fun right! Thanks for the scenic hide!

Quite the hike to this cache but the view was worth it, although the geo-hounds did not appreciate the cactus. Dropped a few trinkets in the cache and SL, TFTC!
