The cache is not at the listed coordinates. Do not go to the listed coordinates; there is nothing there.

When I was very much younger, Monopoly was my favorite game; my best friend and I would spend hours several afternoons a week playing it. My mother was not a fan of the game and called it "Monotony." This puzzle is based on the names of the Monopoly game spaces.
To calculate the cache coordinates, you will need to determine which Monopoly space is best represented by each of the Additional Waypoints.
This puzzle is not all that difficult, as puzzles go, but it will take some time to complete.
To solve this puzzle, you will need to go to 10 different locations. You can do them in any order. They are listed here in south to north order; no representation is made as to whether this is the best way to visit them.

A. N37° 55.170' W104° 51.258'
B. N38° 03.747' W104° 59.181'
C. N38° 11.900' W104° 34.238'
D. N38° 13.405' W104° 37.499'
E. N38° 13.880' W104° 37.245'
F. N38° 15.855' W104° 36.700'
G. N38° 15.949' W104° 36.829'
H. N38° 16.179' W104° 36.546'
I. N38° 16.269' W104° 36.689'
J. N38° 16.533' W104° 36.611'

At each location you will need to choose the one Monopoly space that is best represented by the street name or a building located there. For example, if the coordinates took you to the front of the White House, the answer would be "Pennsylvania Avenue." Don't worry, you don't have to go to D.C. to solve this puzzle; all locations are within Pueblo County.
In some cases there may be a slight variation in the name at the location compared to the name of the Monopoly space, such as Kentucky Street vs. Kentucky Avenue.
Make your selections from the following list (there are names on the list that will not be used):

Go . . . . 2
Jail . . . .1
Chance . . . . 6
Water Works . . . . 7
Free Parking . . . . 4
Ventnor Avenue . . . . 5
Indiana Avenue . . . . 4
Virginia Avenue . . . . 1
Illinois Avenue . . . . 1
Electric Company . . . . 0
Tennessee Avenue . . . . 7
St. Charles Place . . . . 1
Pennsylvania Avenue . . . . 3
Mediterranean Avenue . . . . 9

Then substitute the number next to that space name for the corresponding letter in the coordinates as follows:

N 38° AB.CDE W 104° FG.HIJ

What a fun day caching down in Pueblo. We had a full 2 cars loaded with all our cachers and this area was picked for some of our finds for today. We searched for a little bit on both sides of the fence and inside the court, finally the find was made! Afterward the little ones had so much fun playing with the nearby tunnel and snapping some cute pics of them climbing over everything and going through such short tunnels we headed out for another great cache in the area. Thanks for bringing us down here today!

- Q: Why did the cow go to outer space?
A: To visit the milky way.
