Short hike to a great overlook.
This is a fun hike on relatively flat terrain except for a short climb to the top of a cliff. This cache offers great views of both Devils Canyon and McInnis Canyons. To reach the cache follow the main trail (D1) all the way back till you take the left turn up the side of the hill. Follow this trail "Up To The Top" and use your GPS from there. The cache is a safe distance from the ledge but please use caution and a little common sense when looking around. Plenty of water and sunscreen is recommended on warmer days. A small water bottle and a camera is sufficient for a short evening hike to the cache. Please remember to trade items of equal or greater value and happy caching.

The terrain is most certainly greater that 2 1/2. What a climb! Beautiful view of the valley from the cache. Replaced container; removed rusted and broken items; took change and a bug; left a car. sl TFTC
