When I searched for this sometime last year, it must have been hidden under too much autumn debris. It was surprisingly easy this time around. Lovely day for a walk. SL, TNLN, TFTC!

This is the first time I have been down this road. Today it was a peaceful spot to enjoy by the river. I braved a big beastie (of the moo kind) lingering near the trail and found the container. Thanks for the cache, The Granite Two.

After finding a few at the start and middle of this old road, I headed to the end.

The parking area was packed this morning and I got lucky and someone just pulled out so I got a spot.

First time for me back in here.

Thanks for an oldie to hunt for!

Thxs for maintaining this cache through the yrs. This is a date I needed for my Jasmer challenge. This was a pretty day to walk out along the river. The cache truly hadn't been found for almost a yr as it took a lot of digging to uncover the cache. SL.

Parked at the dead end and made the short walk to the cache. I was walking while looking at my phone and tripped over a wire where the trails split. Fortunately the only thing I hurt was my pride. This took a while to find. I didn't believe my GPSr but finally found it well hidden right at GZ. When I tried to retrieve the container I got a hand full of cacti instead--very painful. Eventually I got the container out but not before getting speared a couple more times. I sure wish I hadn't left my gloves in the truck. I signed the log, added some swag, and tucked the container back. This is a placed month that I didn't have so I am happy to plug that hole in my placed month grid. For a cache that has been here 11 years this doesn't have a lot of "found" logs. The log and container are in good condition. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

We had searched for this cache back in 2008 with no luck. There was no way we would have guessed that the next time we'd be back it would be with 2 kids!!! Wow! Thanks for a great cache, it was a fun hike too.
