After finding #1 and #4 on the other side of the road, I crossed over to look for this one. Parked right in front of it and quickly had it in hand. While I was signing the log, a man came out of the nearby building and got in his truck, which was parked a short distance away. I waited a bit for him to leave, but it became apparent that he was just going to sit in the truck for a while. I walked back to the cache hiding spot and decided that the angle was such that it wouldn't be easy for him to see what I was doing, so I replaced the cache and returned to my car. He wasn't looking me, so I just left and continued to the last cache. Thanks for hiding this cache.
