This cache is similar to my "ADD-ON" (GC1QDKV) cache which is in Manitou. It is within 8 feet of the paved road and can be found in the snow.

The cottage on the corner belongs to me but I am not there very often. there is no need to cross the fence to locate the cache. Good Luck & have fun

Traveled from Wisconsin to beautiful Colorado to visit our son who lives in Denver. Can't get enough of the mountain views!
