This is a new series named after U.S. Presidents. I decided to name them after presidents since I started to hide them on Presidents Day. They are all similar hides, and you can park right by most of the caches. Bring your own pen and possibly tweezers, and have fun!

Please let me know if this cache needs any maintaining, such as the log needing replacing, if the cache container is in bad condition, or if you can't find this cache. Hope you find it, and happy caching!

Born on October 1, 1924, in Plains, Georgia, Jimmy Carter was 39th president of the United States (1977-81) and served as the nation's chief executive during a time of serious problems at home and abroad. Carter's perceived mishandling of these issues led to defeat in his bid for reelection. He later turned to diplomacy and advocacy, for which he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Peace in 2002. More information can be found on: http://www.biography.com/people/jimmy-carter-9240013

Congrats to Weatherman64 and penhead63 for the FTF!

Mrs. Herndonrd had a horse thing between Longmont and Boulder so I spent a couple of days getting some virtuals, earthcaches, and assorted others up in the area. FeartheFish tagged along for part of it. TFTC!

Today I came up from Aurora, to the Boulder area to grab caches in a feeding frenzy with @2lablovers and @Windatmyback. We car pooled to save gas. We found 33 caches today. Most were in good shape. A few were suffering from exposure. TFTC!
