 For many years you could drive down Boyd Lake Road and see the lake with the beautiful Rocky Mountains behind it.  Housing is quickly obscuring the view of the lake.  This cash  is placed in a location where I am hoping you will long be able to enjoy an "abridged" view of both lake and mountains.
