You are the nobel knight Sir Bedivere one of Arthurs most trusted aids and advisors. You have just witnessed a tramtaic time in the history of Camelot. For many years Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table had been working to bring peace and security to the realm. Many evil kings and knights had been put down. Many quests had be accomplished for the glory of all including finding the Holy Grail.

However a problem is brewing in Camelot. Queen Guinevere has fallen in love with Arthur’s best and most trustworthy knight Sir Lancelot. They have been having an affair that everyone except Arthur seems to know of. Soon the affair comes to the attention of Arthur’s illegitimate son Mordred who secretly despises his father. Mordred brings the affair to light and demands that Arthur put Guinevere on trial for high treason. Arthur has no choice as King he must uphold justice so he puts his own Queen on trial. She is found guilty and is to be put to death by burning at the stake. Before the Queen is killed in the flames Lancelot rushes in killing several of Arthur's most loyal knights in an attempt to save his love. He snaches Guinever from the fire and rides off with her to the safety of France.

Some of the knights killed in Lancelot’s rescue of the Queen were brothers of Sir Gawain who convinces Arthur to pursue Lancelot  to France. A bloody civil war ensues with much loss of life and friendship. men as close as brothers become bitter enemies.Mordred seizes the opportunity of his father’s absences. He convinces the court that Arthur has been killed in the Civil war and he as Arthur’s son should inherit the throne. Once in place mordred begins to build an army to prepare for Arthur’s return.

Arthur asks you to help him rebuild the Round Table. You must seek out each of the primary members of the Round Table and convice them to return to aid Arthur in saving Camelot from the evil Sir Mordred. You can see where each of the knights is currently located below. After you talk to the knight meet Arthur at the cache location which can be found through the puzzle below.

This was a crazy and epic journey which took us parts of two days to complete. Puzzle wasn't too bad but a couple of the hikes were. Thanks for helping us with the fizzy square. Got some pictures of some beautiful views.

#3,380 - Keeping the streak alive. Found with Mickilynn71. What an amazing series. Completely insane! Enough variety to not be boring, but puzzling and walking/climbing to make you grumble a bit. All the pieces are there and some of the views are fantastic. Completing this gave me one of my grid squares, so thanks for the adventure.
