While scoping out a location for this hide we were blessed to see a Bald Eagel nearby - he kept a watchful eye on us while we hid the cache then he spread his majestic wings and flew off. We like to think he will be guarding this cache!

Call me crazy, caching today, but it turned out to be nicer than I had expected outside, and the roads looked clear. The worst part was getting out of my condo parking lot. Just had to clean a foot of snow of the geo-mobile in order to get the cache I needed for my "getting a cache on every day of the year" chart. Knew it would be another whole year before this day would come around again, so was glad I had saved several easy to find caches for such a day as today. I was a little concerned about the roads near the cache, but that also turned out to be ok. Had a Fed Ex van turn in after me, but I was easily done before they came back out. I have filled in all the missing days so far for this year!! YAY!! This is also my 3,100th cache. Had picked out another cache to do but decided to play it on the safe side. Got my first Natural Wonder. TFTC

Enjoying a quiet afternoon at home then got a call from LostInDenver to meet up for some caching and dinner. Had a great time caching and then ending the evening at Old Chicago. Thanks for the cache.

We caravaned to this cache. Made the find with 2lablovers.
Our caching day started late when Out14nd3r called with a gift. We grabbed a few caches and then had to part ways when the Mrs had a coffee emergency - she needed coffee stat! We re-caffeinated and headed north to grab some caches with 2lablovers. Then we settled in with some Old Chicago for dinner. Even if it is socially distanced, it is nice to get together with friends for caravan caching. We finished our night with them, grabbed a few more, and headed home.
