This is a new series named after U.S. Presidents. I decided to name them after presidents since I hid them on Presidents Day. They are all similar hides, and you can park right by most of the caches. Bring your own pen and possibly tweezers, and have fun!

Please let me know if this cache needs any maintaining, such as the log needing replacing, if the cache container is in bad condition, or if you can't find this cache. Hope you find it, and happy caching!

Andrew Jackson was born on March 15, 1767, in the Waxhaws region between North Carolina and South Carolina. A lawyer and a landowner, he became a national war hero after defeating the British in New Orleans during the War of 1812. Jackson was elected the seventh president of the United States in 1828. Known as the "people's president," Jackson destroyed the Second Bank of the United States, founded the Democratic Party, supported individual liberty and instituted policies that resulted in the forced migration of Native Americans. He died on June 8, 1845. More information can be found on: http://www.biography.com/people/andrew-jackson-9350991

I found this lonely cache on a day that I shouldn't have been out caching. For winter, the weather is relatively mild (just under 50 degrees) but there is still snow on the ground. A couple of curious horses came up to me while I was making the find. This one is doing find. TFTC!

This was a quick cache and dash with Nickgatt, T-Dawg, and my three geohounds. We spent most of our day finding caches north of Boulder before the bad winds moved in. TFTC SL.
