Parking is close by off MLK Blvd and on a nice day Muggles are thick so be discrete to keep this cache active.  After finding enjoy a nice walk around the park or maybe bring a picnic lunch to enjoy, views to the West are incredible. First to find gets the gold medal, second to find gets the silver.

Never found a cache like this... very clever... surprised the container is capable of keeping contents dry... was happy the nearby bathroom was open and had soap... it’s a bit dirty scoring this smiley!

We looked, but did not find. I'm not sure we looked long enough to warrant loggin a DNF, mostly because reading past logs indicated it might be better to come back sometime when the water is lower.

We'll watch this one, and we will be back. We also welcome hints.
