Takes less than an hour  Scenic view  Hunting  Parking available

This cache is located approx. 4 miles south of Hwy. 24 in Lake George at the crossroads going to 11 Mile State Park.  It should be an easy find.  It is up a hill but not at the very top.  I chose this site because of the views.  Best approach is from the Northeast or right side.  Keep an eye on the kids and beware of steep dropoffs.    I wouldn't advise looking for it in the dark.

If you take something, please leave something of equal value.  C.I.T.O.

A big "Congratulations" goes out to the 3 Williams Kidz for being FTF on this cache this morning.

Oh boy OH BOY -- FTF at 1048am ! I was at home in Woodland Park when I saw this one publish, 20 miles to the west. On a weekday. In the morning. Hmmm ... probably not many other cachers could get there before me, so quick like a bunny, pack up and git !
Parked at the recommended spot and easily saw what the CO meant by "approach from the northeast, or right side. Going up from the left, or west side ? No thanks.
Easy uphill approach and no dropoffs if you approach from that right side which is good because I absolutely HATE dropoffs and cliffs (our geo-image is "Super Chicken" for a reason). But, got to GZ easily and found the rockpile hiding the size regular container. And found a blank logsheet !
Stamped the log as FTF (photo attached), traded a little swag, left the 20 Years tag as we own that one, and dropped off the only trackable I had on me -- a Pacific Grove Diabetes proxy. I lived in Pacific Grove from 1995-1997 while attending Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California which is just a couple miles to the north of Pacific Grove. Also dropped off two pathtags of ours; both the same, our one and only pathtag to date.
Then, back down the hill.
I am out of Favorite Points right now, but will revisit this cache once I earn another one and award it. Well deserved, and the title is very fitting ! Photo attached of my Jeep Grand Cherokee at the parking waypoint, photo taken from GZ.
TFTC !
