With gorgeous weather like this, I knew this hide would soon be found so I ran out the door to try for an FTF. Sure enough, I met Dud&Plato near GZ as he got the cache in hand. He was kind enough to share the find despite doing nearly all the work. This was a nice park - thanks for the hide!

Wow, if you ever want a demonstration of how minutes matter in the first to find race, finding this cache was a great example! As soon as I got the notification of this one being published, I pretty much hit the ground running out the door. I was low on gas, and I briefly considered stopping in route but had a feeling I had better be quick. Turns out I was right! Mere moments after getting to ground zero, marmotandgoatcachers showed up. It was a pleasure to be able to share a FTF with them and get a few quick words in about caching in general. As to this hide itself - what a nice park! I don't think I've been in this one before. I was actually glad to have the assistance of marmotandgoatcachers as there were a few nice ladies having a chat walking their dogs somewhat nearby. Having company made sure they didn't pay any attention. Found rather quickly and the cache and log are in great shape. Dropped off a trackable. Thanks for a new cache and all the fun involved with finding it!
