In September 2013, Boulder had record rainfall and flooding. There was extensive flooding and damage along the creeks, including Lefthand Creek. This cache is in the Lefthand Creek floodplain where you can still see the effects of the flood.

This is a large cache, with plenty of room for tradables. Watch your step, as there is still debris from the flooding. Pen is included, unless someone takes it (please don't!). Hope you find it, and happy caching!

Today I drove up north to grab geocaches around the Longmont area. I made my way up I-25 and then went west. Overall it was a great day. I saw several golden eagles, a Merlin, and even took a selfie with horses (I'm scared of anything bigger than a boxer). Unfortunately, there were several DNF's while west of Longmont. But this wasn't one of them :)
Well placed and in great shape. Filled with SWAG. TFTC!
