There is an aqueduct that carries water from the St. Vrain Creek near Lyons to the Boulder Reservoir. Unfortunately, the road along the aqueduct is not open to the public for walking, biking, hiking, or driving. This is the 2nd in a series of caches along county roads that cross the aqueduct. There is no need to go past gates or fences that have restricted access. All of these caches are along roads with little traffic, and are good places to road/mountain bike.

This is a homemade small cache that is log only, so bring your own pen. Cache is next to a road. So be on your guard. Hope you find it, and happy caching!

Congrats to waawhoo for the FTF!

Yay! Found 10 caches this afternoon. Now only 10 left to capture the World turtle! This one took a while for me, also. Ventured to other side of bridge, but that’s not recommended: wasp nest over there and they were home!! Signed log although it was quite wet. TFTC

On a caching run southwest of Longmont with robespierre50 to get a large number. Thirty for the day. Time for 10 more? Why not? SL
