The light was fading (both from the sky and my flashlight) as we searched for this one. It is the shortest day of the year! Hubby had solved the clever puzzle and now we needed to find a puzzle for the day! And then funny enough - we spotted the munzee tag just as the previous finder had , and there was the cache !!

Yea! 2nd try to find this one. Thanks to the previous cacher for the replacement. I saw a broken fresh zip tie on the ground & I was afraid it was gone again. Then I saw the munzee cables to the tree then I spotted the replacement. Whew!

Enjoyed the hunt for this cache. I believe construction may have taken this one. Zipped a replacement to the tree. SL. Thanks for the fun!

Drat I had solved this one & got out today hoping to find it but I didn't. If it had duct tape on it I found some on the ground.

T&A137 and I were out caching when he told me that he solved this one. As I'm always up for a puzzle, I let him lead on as he took us to the final. We met a very friendly construction worker who asked us what we were doing there. When we told her that we were geocaching, she said "Seriously?" At least she had heard of it. After she left, we began our search and soon had the cache in hand. Thanks for the fun hide.

FeartheFish and I were nervous approaching GZ as there is a lot of construction going on, but we hopped a small fence and got the hide quickly. TFTF!

I always look for puzzles when we travel. I did not plan well for this trip. I solved one puzzle and it was wrong and I was obsessed with another I never did solve.
After we walked back to the car on a puzzle I solved in correctly I was lamenting about how I didn't have a puzzle solved for Denver. So as darkness fell Sunshine and I solved this one in the car.
I actually love these google earth puzzles and wondered how in the heck there could be so many wrong answers. Well I made the same 2 mistakes everyone else did I'm sure. We accounted for at least 6 of those wrong answers. Maybe more.
We got to GZ on the first attempt at about 10pm. Being from our of town I don't know what kind of things go on in parks around here but when a car pulled into the parking lot I didn't want to hang out so we bailed on the search. We came back today in the daylight and had it in hand in less than a minute. They say night caching separates the men from the boys, they were right on this one.

Much easier to find in the daylight. Homeless man under nearby tree scared the crap.out of us though.
