This cache is located up Waterton Canyon, a short distance above the Marston Diversion. It's approximately four miles one way, but the smooth dirt road should be enjoyable even for a novice cyclist, and will make the miles fly by. You will very likely see bighorn sheep (right on the roadway!) and possibly herons, water ouzels, and merganser ducks. In the summertime, bring your fishing pole!

Here's another new word for all you linguists out there - I think it's important for all of us to improve our communication skills.

"geocache" - to express surprise at having acquired something as in "Ah went fishin' tewday, and geocache me a big 'un".

Well, this might not be a "big 'un" but I hope you enjoy your hunt and can similarly exclaim when finished.

My third of thirteen caches found with Sissadies and cajrrman. He invited us on a bike ride today at Waterton. Our first time bike riding in years, that was a brutal but fun intro since we went about 16+ miles round trip. Definitely need better bike seat, ouch! Also pretty sure I accidentally put tomorrow's date on our log, oops.

After seeing a rattlesnake at another cache GZ, this cache got me! Haha. Fave.

Just moved into the area from Pennsylvania and itching to get some mileage under my feet. Hiked out from Waterton Canyon parking out to the reservoir and yo-yoed back, putting me at around 14 miles. Made a quick stop to find this cache and all is in good condition. TFTC
