The sign above the door has been painted over and is barely legible. It reads "State of Colorado Approved Standard School." At one time this building housed the Four Mile School, but now it is known as the Four Mile Community Center and is rented out for concerts and parties. Maybe some of the old timers can add more information.

Cache is a small container with room for smaller trackables and trade items. Be wary of muggles and please return the container to its hiding spot. Should be a quick park & grab.
