I come here all the time never knowing this awesome puzzle lived nearby. I finally solved the puzzle after help from the CO. I had trouble with G and H. Found an extra present at the cache location - a giant wasps nest. They must have been out foraging much to my relief. Thanks for this nice puzzle. Tough one.

I looked for this in March of 2010 and was in the area tonight to look again. It wasn't quite where I was thinking it would be but I did find it. It's nice to get this one found and off the list.

TFTC I came down to the Springs with nicehice to work on a few solved puzzles and new caches.
Another great puzzle from Ernie 66. The summer would not be complete without finding another of you caches. Thanks for the fun.

Out and about caching with heh324 and PayMeCache on a nice day down in Colorado Springs. The original plan was to hit all the challenge caches placed on Highway 24 out towards Falcon. Much to no one's surprise, we were distracted by plenty of caches along the way and never made it to Highway 24.
This one we picked up while having lunch with the wonderful kerewin0430. It was my first time meeting her and her only flaw appears to be that she actually enjoys interacting with PayMeCache.
But I digress.
Heh324 was the mastermind behind this one, so it was only fitting that she be the one to locate the container first. She was thrilled to find the cache, and celebrated accordingly. After signing the log and replacing the cache we said farewell to the incredible kerewin0430, whose intellect I must question solely because of her ability to enjoy the company of the aforementioned PayMeCache (a feat even he has yet to accomplish). Thanks for the fun hide.

fearthefish and heh324 asked if I wanted to go find some challenge caches with them and it quickly turned into one detour after another. We never did make it to challenge row. Instead we found a few unique difficulty / terrain rating caches and or puzzles. This was one of them. Thanks for the fun puzzle. heh324 was very happy that the container was her favorite type of hide. All is well with the cache.
Found GC10NHF - 66's Steamer #1 - House Blend, on August 16, 2017 using Cachly for iOS.
Thank you, ernie66 for placing a fun cache for all of us to enjoy and giving back to the community. I look forward to finding more of your caches. I also look forward to potentially finding Geocaches with you one day and sharing stories of our hobby or should I say addiction? Cheers!

AHHHH, what a great day! The 3 monkeys were up to no good today. (That would be PayMeCache, fearthefish and I) We had ventured down this way from Denver with the sole goal of hitting the Mystery/Challenge power trail along highway 24. What you need to know is when you travel with these 2, you can always count on a lot of monkey business in your plan!! In fact, we never even made it to highway 24 because we kept stopping for fun hides like this one! TFTC
For this one, we had stopped by the local merchant for a beverage and having previously solved the puzzle, we decided to find the log while we were nearby. It was fun signing a nice clean, fresh log! (and I used my own pen, so the pencil is still perfectly sharp.)
