Watch Out for Muggles! !!!

Log only so bring your own pen/stamp. This cache has morphed many times as we try to outwit the Muggles! It now is a bit more challenging, but we hope this one will stick around for awhile. Think, "Shocking," and pretend you are a meter reader . You might have to FEEL it if you can't SEE it. Please replace container EXACTLY as found to help keep this hide in play. (Am posting a spoiler photo -- just in case....)

 Hints

New Spot: From the west side of the electrical box, look at the BACK of meter itself -- tiny space only has room for something FLAT. It blends (let's keep it that way)....

Caching with LostinDenver. It was a quick find but needs a little maintenance - no longer attaching as intended.

Today I started the day by meeting @2lablovers at a puzzle site. Next we tackled a notorious puzzle (DGS Walking Dead) At the final we saw a few crows harassing a hawk. We finished the day by heading west. The temperature dropped enough that I put on my jacket (partially for protection from the rain) and continued. Finished the day with 21 caches. Great day.
As we pulled into the nearby parking lot we saw a group of teens setting off fireworks. Only one month until July 4th! We didn't say anything to them, but we must have made them feel uncomfortable because they loaded up in there cars and left. The cache was a quick find. One of the attachment devices is no longer attached to the container. TFTC!
