Originally I wanted this series to be a set of challenge caches - asking people to hide a variations of numbers and types of caches before they could claim these caches. But it seems that requiring hides brings up the concern that some cachers might hide a bunch without maintaining them. So instead, I will honor cachers who give back to the game by placing a noticeable number of hides.

Caching with ColoradoGeodemon this morning. Great views of the mountains and a couple of red tailed hawks soaring thru the air. What a great area to look for caches. Not much muggle traffic either. Found all we looked for except 2. Most were in great shape but some had wet logs or cracked containers.

A quick find here. Thanks for the fun and the cache.

Found on bicycle cache run out east. It still smells like skunk! Saw the fur and the skull. Cache is definitely there but I wouldn't stick a hand in there. Get a stick like I did and pull it out.

Headed down south of Elbert for some backroads caching with geoguru1. OK, so this is the one I am remembering with no Trea signature, and wondered why. Slightly tougher find but I had a sharp eye today. Didn't notice any skunk carcasses but wasn't really looking. SL thanks.
