After days and days of frigid bone chilling temperatures, finally it was a warm winter day so of course we were out caching.  Suddenly spotted a perfect area for a cache.
A small camoed peanut butter jar along a dirt trail which does not appear to be frequently used.    Easy parking on Ponderosa.

It was a Parker day! I had targeted highly favorited caches in the Parker area. This was one that wasn't initially on my list, but I saw it was right along the trail I was headed down. Much to my surprise though, on the way to this cache I walked by a Pet Cemetery! I have been telling my kids that there's no way I can watch the movie Pet Sematary. I tried watching the original once and got about 30 minutes in that was plenty! Thankfully, I didn't see any undead animals along here. The cache was a pretty easy find and is holding up well.

Thanks for the hide 2lablovers. I appreciate you keeping this cache active for everyone to enjoy.

I came to Parker for the event this morning and to work on my 360 degrees of Colorado challenge. The day started out cold, but I was warm by the time I completed my loop. LOL I thought I looked on the map and saw there were walking trails along all of my route, but that turned out to be wrong. Oh well, had a great adventure exploring and saw my first snake of the year - look out! Thanks for the smiley - find #3338.

Hahaha I am doing a walking loop, which is ever so slightly tougher than parking on Ponderosa. Oh well! Came at it from just the right angle to spot it, then figured out how to work my way in and get it.

Biking around the park today. There wasn’t much of a trail to ride on this side of the creek. All was well here. Thank you for the placement!

As I walked up, I started cursing- not under my breath. Really? In one of THOSE trees? But I decided to use my head for thinking instead of charging in. Found a painless way in to find the well protected container. Now, I retract my previous cursing. Took a picture of a hand looking cactus nearby. Thanks for the adventure! Tftc!

Out with my favorite caching friend GanderGoose today. Great weather for this, as it's warm enough to not freeze, but still cold enough so there are no slithering critters around! Thank you for this placement 2lablovers. Took until today to log this one, as my wifi (century link) is horrible.
