A small log only cache hidden on the ski slopes of Keystone Mountain. Bring your own pen that writes in the cold.
Another ski in and ski out cache on Keystone mountain. It was placed in winter for ski access. But it should be accessible to intermediate and advanced level skiers in the winter and robust hikers and bikers in the summer. Hopefully the placement will stand the test of time. We hope you enjoy this fine mountain as much as we do. Stealth will certainly be required during the ski season. Please be gentle retrieving this cache.

In honor of the 2010 ski season, this cache is no longer a premium cache.

The cache is located on the left side as you are going down the run. If you get here in summer and cannot sign the log, log a find and lemail me to let me know where the cache is located.

Today while snowboarding with @WindAtMyBack and several others, I I tended to grab several of the caches on this mountain.
. However, I was only able to make an attempt at this one. I got near the coordinates and began my search after removing my snowboard. Windatmyback spotted the cache quickly and I stamped our names on the log. The container is in great shape. When returning to the cache I hurt my knee a little bit getting back into the snowboard. Thanks for placing this geocache and letting me have geocaching fun while snowboarding at Keystone. Tftc!

Tried twice yesterday afternoon right before closing to track this one down, ended up being a bit downhill each time. Last night we had at least a foot of snow so FrenchMan was a much different run today, glad it only took me one try to make the find. Everything's still in great shape, looks like I'll probably be the last one skiing to this cache this winter since this is Keystone's closing weekend. Thanks again CFBaer, hope to return next ski season.

Found it while skiing with the family at Keystone. I love finding caches while skiing. Keystone was also the site of my first Terrain 5 find. I was able to snowboard right up to GZ although I ended up straddling the FM32 tree at one point. The cache is nicely placed, well-camo'ed and in perfect shape and easy to access in winter. Five days ago we had no intention of skiing again this winter but after seeing that Colorado was getting fresh snow and figuring out cheap lodging, we decided to get some last-minute fun out of our season passes. Sixteen short hours of driving later and we're skiing Beaver Creek for the first time in many years and then Keystone on its closing weekend.

We went past GZ the first time down FrenchMan but zeroed in on it the second attempt. Coords were off about 70' but if you pay attention to the name, it's easy to figure out the right spot. Added a new log & ziploc, cache is now in great shape. Thanks CFBaer for placing these excellent ski-in caches, they're definitely our favorite kind to do.
