"Alien Blogger here again, 

I believed my blog post, GC826PG, would be my last, but they haven’t found me yet. I have poured over the documents and discovered that the aliens are using a new type of communication. I was able to retrieve the communication and decode it. Be warned, the message is terrifying. Here is what it said,  

”Today is the end of humanity as you know it. We have landed in several locations and have control over the air, land, and sea. Your military cannot help you. Resistance is futile.” 

 The transmission was followed by coordinates to this location. I urge all of you to prepare. Please gather at this location and search for the alien pod (cache). Sign it if you find it and search for others."

Got it. I was lucky to spot this one within 10 min. Must be a record for me on your tougher caches. I got it out with Wisewarrior and Littlehawk. TFTC

Doing some caching with Edwards654 after the two morning events. This one certainly earned its difficulty rating (maybe even higher). We searched and searched and then the find was made ! Log was wet but we managed to make our mark on it.

Okay, I think I'm ready to talk about this now. All of us who worked on this project were excited to see this day finally come with all the new hides. I was glad to have one FTF under my belt already when I saw that this was still available. I had picked up my daughter from school and she agreed to join me in the hunt.

I admit that when I first started searching, I wasn't fully trusting the coords. In a spot like this, it would be easy to have significant coord bounce. There were several very strong possibilities about where this cache could be hidden. But we kept coming up empty. Around and around we went. Up. Down. Nothing.

When you search for a T5M cache that's anything but a 1.5/1.5, you have to get into his head. It's a scary place. But finally we managed to do it. Wow... once again you've outdone yourself with nasty hides. Poor Ohioans. They don't know what they're in for...

The cache name isn't memorable, but the cache certainly is! I won't give any spoilers but I will say this - if you don't have the right TOTT there is absolutely zero way you are signing the log. Oh, and the coordinates are spot on perfect. To quote Han Solo "Good luck, you're gonna need it."

Thanks for the hide T5M. I appreciate you keeping this cache active for everyone to enjoy.
