Congratulations to indiandunes and w01f for the FTF!
The Last Word of a Bluebird
Robert Frost — 1874-1963
As I went out a Crow
In a low voice said, "Oh,
I was looking for you.
How do you do?
I just came to tell you
To tell Lesley (will you?)
That her little Bluebird
Wanted me to bring word
That the north wind last night
That made the stars bright
And made ice on the trough
Almost made him cough
His tail feathers off.
He just had to fly!
But he sent her Good-by,
And said to be good,
And wear her red hood,
And look for skunk tracks
In the snow with an ax—
And do everything!
And perhaps in the spring
He would come back and sing."
01/09/2022 By BG2015 I saw this pop up and thought I might get a lucky first to find, but then saw it was a puzzle. I've been puzzling over the other two new ones in Carbondale with not much luck on deciphering the correct coordinates. I thought this one would stump me also, until I saw a pattern. Then I noticed that I also had a few things missing, darn eyes are going out on me.
When I looked at the cache again, it had been found. Missed it by about an hour and a half.
Thanks for the easier puzzle. I'll just have to keep working on Ruth and that darn goat.
01/09/2022 By w01f Co - (FTF) Teamed up with my old hunting partner indiandunes to conquer this mystery of words and was rewarded with nice clean parchment to ink and a special $$ prize that we have seen a few times before in our travels. Thank you BluebellClodworthy for adding this special smile to the map. w01f
01/09/2022 By indiandunes Co- (FTF) w/w01f I have to say, these last two mystery hides have really challenged me! But it has been a lot of fun “teaming” up with my old geo buddies. This time it was my good friend w01f, who I have shared many geo-hunts with, usually way before sunrise, somewhere deep in the ANF. Hope to see you soon my friend and thanks for “joining” me on this adventure. Thanks BBCW for another great hide and for the great prize
