This is a quick park and grab micro cache. Bring a writing utensil, and camera for the view of the wildlife that is often spotted near here. You can park on the county road, or in the little parking area.

If the gate is closed be sure to close it behind you!

This cache is located in the parking area of the Maxwell Creek State Trust section. Many times there are herds of Antelope, Elk and Deer near the cache so it made me think of the song. Plus the view of Mt. Princeton, Yale, Columbia and Antero are just plain awesome! The cache itself is a micro cache, originally I wanted to place a larger cache but after looking around there really wasn't anywhere or way to hide one that would not get muggled, so this one will work perfect! :)

Found it sitting out in the open on a rock. Replacing to come closer to coordinates in parking lot... CO may want to re-hide in original location. My little guy loves the container! TFTC :) Great spot for watching thunderstorms!
