Time to go for another walk in the open space, before the next snow storm - this was the last of four geocaches that I found along the way. TN-LN-SL. Thanks !

I was really quite tired after finding the nearby multi and then started bushwhacking to the west. Found the trail and began following it down. I saw this geocache was nearby and decided to head toward it, even though it was uphill and off-trail. The hint and description led me right to it. Quick find. Thanks!

[FTF] 01-08-2020 at 5:23 pm. I followed the trail as long as possible before cutting off. Coords are really bouncy up here, but the description and hint led me directly to the container. Blank log! Yatah!
Grabbed the travel bug.
What a journey! After work I sped westward through the mountains in hope of an FTF. Rush hour traffic wasn't too bad, especially after I passed Golden. I arrived at the trailhead at 4:40 pm
A quick check and -oh no! They have been found. At least the first 4. I didnt plan on attempting the more difficult ones because of limited daylight. But now I must. The trail was steep and parts were icy. I am prepared for most circumstances while hiking. There was one point in the dark where I was pretty alarmed. I managed to grab 5 today before I returned to the trailhead at 6:50 pm.
Thanks for another amazing mountain adventure!

I left a trackable for the FTF. I recently came across this bug that had gone over 12 YEARS BETWEEN LOGS!!!!! Anyhow it's back in circulation again after a long hibernation. Please keep it moving!
