Ever since I saw this announcement I’ve been trying to decode this but couldn’t figure out how. It wasn’t until I put on a tin foil hat could I finally understand what was needed. Couldn’t wait to make the find first thing this morning. Awesome. Thanks.

Our first find of the morning. Spending the morning with SableBug, doing some hiking near Evergreen. Great hide. Left a fave. SL.TFTC!

Fun puzzle and great hide. Found with the family. Cheers.

At first I thought the puzzle was a version of Conway's Game of Life - although I had fun playing that game with the given puzzle, the end reward didn't exactly make sense. Then I read the description a little more carefully and got onto another track that was much simpler to decode. This afternoon we were on our way to Glenwood Springs and took a detour to find this cache along the way. Very scenic location and creative hide. Thank you from Massachusetts.

After a successful find at the Invasion 82505 cache in Highlands Ranch yesterday, we took our decoded message under the cover of an afternoon Rocky Mountain thunderstorm. We successfully avoided detection by any lifeforms, alien or otherwise. This was our first mystery cache and gets a big favorite for 'being' out of this world. Humans 2, Aliens 0. RIP Frank.

So I've been watching this one for a while, trying to figure out what the code meant. I was able to deduce a few numbers, but needed a little help from the CO. Once he was kind enough to point me in the right direction, we were able to crack the code. We headed to the GZ which was free of any Alien spacecraft, although we did battle through 60 mph gale force winds, with yet another spring snow storm about to hit! I'm giving a favorite point for the cache itself, which took me a couple of tries to find. Great spot! TFTC!

So snow and aliens. It was time to team up with 2 of the best alien hunters I know, PayMeCache and Fearthefish. Maybe this hunt went so well because these two are aliens them self. Always wondered.
With the decoded information in hand we made the journey thru the increased land of white hills and trees. Soon the environment looked like another planet, where have we landed this does not look like earth. What is happening, have we been taken, please no probes.
Whoa what happened? Looks like I must have hit my head and got knocked out. I had such a strange dream, you would not believe it. Let’s sign this log and get out of here. Favorite point awarded.
Some may say we are crazy, but this game/hobby is one of the greatest gifts. Who doesn’t love a great scavenger hunt. Hiking, biking or driving hundreds of miles to sign our name on a piece of paper. This brings us a lifetime of joy, and new friends from all around the world.
Thanks for placing this cache and keeping our recreation going. SL/with PoshCacher/MagicCacher.Tftc

I ain't afraid of no ghost (oops- wrong genre). So the aliens were at it again. Once I had a correct copy of their transmission, I quickly determined where their headquarters was. I knew that I would need all of the Alien Detection Avoidance stealth that I could muster (using the skills gains in defeating the Alien Invasion). It must have worked as, per his log, it seems that T5M didn't even notice me on the trip! To prove that the group's collective IQ was equal that of a peanut, off the troop went into the Rocky Mountains during a snowstorm, with FeartheFish driving! Clearly there was a group deathwish! Even more shocking was that FeartheFish was the only one with snowboots (when he is the "most prepared" you are in deep trouble). Along the way, since we all know that FeartheFish has the attention span of a Jack Russel Terrier in a park full of squirrels, he says "hey, there's this new multi". So after a detour to pick up some stages of said multi with me doing all the math work (see other log for this) off to the transmission location. Upon reaching GZ, the only sensible thing was to send PMC to find the container. Having found and signed, the team admired a local herd of elk, while I thought " two big safes of firearms at home and nothing on me!". I did have my knife with me but didn't have that much of a death wish! Off to do more stages of the multi (again see other log) before returning to civilization with the Alien Blogger vanquished. What was that sound? Could it be the sound of an upcoming INVASION? TFTC!

I’ll take STF!
I would have signed this much earlier except there was a yellow communications vehicle parked at GZ. Perhaps communications with the blogger have been intercepted and countermeasures by sympathizers have been deployed! They were unsuccessful and the device is secure!

I was concerned that the container was missing. Container is in place. But unfortunately I forgot to put a log in it. Replaced paper signed by MLCCrashers with new log and their name in FTF place. Cache on!

Decoded the alien transmission and found the blog container at 11:28 am on Jan 13, 2019. So clever it confirms alien involvement. CO was correct that this had been wiped clean, including the logbook so I made a makeshift replacement. There were fresh footprints in the new snow at the posted coords but not at container. I fear I’m next so better scatter quick! Just enough time to make this a favorite.
