After determining that we qualified, finding the physical cache was pretty easy. We assume from the cache name that the nearby box store used to be a Toys R Us?

Today I was out and about caching in the area with the always cheerful herndonrd. We were looking for challenges, Invasion caches, and whatever else tickled our fancy.

As was the norm for the day, herndonrd found the container while I was looking in all the wrong places. After we put our ink on the log we put everything back in place and then we were off to find another one of your hides. Thanks for the fun challenge and for your contribution to a great day of caching.

P. S. No animals (including humans, aliens, or PayMeCache) were harmed in the writing of this log.

Well here it is Challenge Cache day!! Out of the 10 new challenges we qualify for 6 of them. Love increasing this stat. So maybe I will make a challenge out of all the challenges I have found. Anyway great to see these. Keep them coming.

Some may say we are crazy, but this game/hobby is one of the greatest gifts. Who doesn’t love a great scavenger hunt. Hiking, biking or driving hundreds of miles to sign our name on a piece of paper. This brings us a lifetime of joy, and new friends from all around the world.

Sometimes you just need a cache like this on a day like this. I felt so bad when these stores, but I only have myself to blame. Just like everyone else, I did a lot of my kiddo shopping elsewhere. But boy this store was fun. I'd bring the little one here on cold days and just let her have at it. I guess I should have bought some of the things she played with! I was all super sneaky getting the cache and then as I put it back I realized I was in full view of the nearby drive through. Whoops. Thanks for the challenge and the smiley!

All is well with cache. Live Wire 77 and I out enjoying a very warm day for January. Found about 13. 5th cache in and I slipped and fell on the ice. It hurts but I can walk on it, so I assume not broken, no bruise marks yet. We shall see what tomorrow brings. Thank you for placing this cache so we could enjoy the game. sl

Was reading a list of major retail chains that have gone under in the last 10 years, and the list is pretty amazing. We'll see if $5.5B of buy-out money can save Sears. Cache is in much better shape than Sears' bottom line.
