What a location! Kenyansherpa chose the best route to get up there and thanks to the excellent description of where the cache is, we found it without the spoiler pic which we couldn't get because of no cell reception.
So much fun getting these Heizer trail caches. Thanks!

Rob 14er Guy and I headed out on the Heizer trail this morning. When we got near ground zero, we saw what was in store for us. As usual we took the hard approach, which was even more sporty with the snow cover, and then found an easier way down :-) This is a spectacular spot, but, of course, I would expect nothing less from the cache owner;-) Thanks Kerewin 0430, this was my favorite of the day, thus I am pleased to award the commensurate favorite point !!

I was with the CO when this one was hidden. This is a great trail with nice views and the one near the cache is the best of the bunch. It's a favorite for sure. TFTC

We saw this cache publish yesterday and wanted to go after it before the snow forecast for the next few days makes the hike and find more difficult. Today’s weather was perfect for hiking Heizer Trail and our microspikes made the trail conditions easy to manage.
This cache was our first target for the day. Our initial approach to GZ didn’t look promising, so we approached from a different direction which was much easier. The find was a snap using the info found in the hint and spoiler photos. There was no snow on the boulders at GZ today, but retrieving the container might be a little dicey after a snowstorm. We signed the log and replaced the container as found. Thanks for the fun and challenging cache - fave point for the hide and great views at GZ.
