So we thought that it might be closer to the school. Drove around trying to use some geosense and make the find. Found a tree with a nest in it and thought for sure we had it!
Nothing in the nest. Gonna watch this one and see where it goes! We like the idea.

Expanded the search to across the road and to any trees nearby...came up with nothing here

It was I who left the footprints that LinD was referring to. I came out at 2am in the 19 degree darkness and gave this a gander. There was nothing at GZ and I expanded the search a little until my face and fingers could take no more. I figured I’d come back in the morning when there was light but seeing that LinD gave search with the same result, I’m just logging my DNF
