 Hints

Please note that the geocache is not in water, although it is close enough that it may be a seasonal geocache due to rising creek levels in the Spring.

FTF.....It was a snowy trek to this cache, but thankfully the walk did not have a wet ending. Thanks to the students who did such a great job in creating this cache container, its contents and finding it a great hiding spot. I hope you all have fun finding and hiding more caches.

You have not posted new coordinates! If you need help please ask for it, there are plenty of cachers that are willing to do that.

It was I who left the footprints that LinD was referring to. I came out at 2am in the 19 degree darkness and gave this one a search as well. It seemed a little warmer down here and I searched considerably longer then I had at the last hide. Still unable to come up with anything beyond flood trash. I nearly started to break up the ice to see if anything might be tethered below it but didn’t want to risk getting wet or busting my head. I figured I’d come back in the morning when there was light but seeing that LinD gave search with the same result, I’m just logging my DNF

After a DNF on the nearby newly-published cache, I was less than hopeful coming to this one. As I navigated through the park I saw the same footprints following the trail towards this cache. I managed to avoid getting wet. The coordinates show that the cache is in the middle of a shallow river. I was not able to locate this container either. If the cache is at this location it is under ice.
