This cache reclaims the abandoned cache that was listed here:

http://coord.info/GC1E8EY

This cache is at one of the tallest points in Estes Park that does not take a long time to climb. There is a major historic landmark nearby. You can get to the cache parking by going through the service entrance on the left. You know you are at the right place when you go over three huge speed bumps. Go to the very back boulder formation.

The cache is a black nalgene jar covered with black duct tape. Please replace the cache in a way so that it will not fall or roll away. Please take good care of the cache.

Cache has permission to be here by an executive at the historic landmark.

There have been some logs stating that geocachers have found a brick with GEOCACHING written on it. This is not affiliated with my cache. If you do find this brick, you have not found the cache. If you find the brick and not the cache, please log a DNF or post a note saying that you found the brick, not the cache. Thanks!

Had fun driving up the canyon and finding a few caches today. Amazing view here. Found a way down that was way less slick and scary than my way up. Placed the container back where I found it. TFTC

Wow! This is a tough one. Only one in our group made it to the top. We probably approached from the wrong side. Ended up being too tough of a climb for the kids. Took the Yuan and will leave it in another cache soon. TFTC!

On a blustery Super Bowl Sunday, shinnied up the face to find this guy!

Now that’s a climb worthy of Kaput’s mountain goat skills. Took a TB, left a TB. Beautiful view! TFTC!

Flew in from Knoxville last night, grabbed Mingo this morning, now staying in EP tonight. The altitude is starting to mess with me, but having a wonderful day! Spending the night at The Stanley - hope we get a visitor! Although I think I may die from a heart attack from that damn climb instead of a ghost!!!!! WHEW! Tftc!

Pretty sure we tried every way possible to climb this thing before finding the correct path. This was a challenge but it was absolutely worth it. Thanks for placing this!
