A series of full size caches + a bonus cache hidden on or near to the route of a brutal Half Marathon at Deer Creek Canyon Park.

Official plastic ammo can hidden under a boulder right next to the Red Mesa Loop Trail. Boulder can be touched from the trail so this one should be super easy. On right hand side when walking North.

This is part of a series of full size caches hidden on or near to the route of a brutal Half Marathon. There are 7 in total + a bonus mystery cache (#8). Kudos to anyone who completes in one pass while running. Coordinates for the bonus can be found by putting together the clues found on the side (and bottom) of each cache in the series. You will need to find each cache to solve the puzzle: N39 32.ABC W105 D.EFG. The logical order if you want to do in one trip is probably: #3, #1, #2, #5, #4, #6, #7, #8.

Found this one kind of by accident, just walking along the trail and spotted something to the side that I thought might be a geocache, and sure enough, it was! I tried to hide it a little better so it would not be so noticeable to anyone just walking by. TFTC.

My #1966 with David coming back to Deer Creek Canyon to grab 8 caches today. We live at 300 feet in Pennsylvania, so the 8 mile hike with 1500 feet of elevation gain on our third day here was a stretch. This one was a quick find on a refreshingly flat and shaded part of the trail. I sharpened the pencil. TFTC.
