Christmas Time is Here is one of my favorite Christmas songs to play on the piano. I memorized it probably 20 years ago and play it often during this season. It was composed by Vince Guaraldi for the 1965 Charlie Brown Christmas special. Although it has lyrics written by Lee Mendelson, I prefer the instrumental version.

But on to the geocache - the puzzle is all contained within the YouTube video of me playing it. Sorry the audio quality isn't better - it was recorded on an iPhone.I hope you enjoy listening, solving and finding this cache.

Although the High Line Canal is actually flowing with water now (imagine that!), the crossing point closest to GZ is still easy to get across. Anyway, the cache was indeed missing and so I replaced it with a slightly larger container that should be less likely to wander off.

On my what a great puzzle that is. Loved it and so happy you talked me into trying it and was so lucky to figure it out so fast. Believe me it was luck. Logging with co permission. Thanks so much for a great one and favorite

Every now and then you learn something while geocaching. I didn't know what I needed to know to solve this puzzle (but now I do). Am I any better for it? No (but maybe my wife is). Anyway, solved the puzzle and finally figured out where to park. Made the trip over (even with FeartheFish's whining) and made the find. Everything is in good shape although getting the log out was a bear. Picked up the travel bug and will move it along. TFTC!

Quite a cache. One if the most clever puzzles I have encountered. Required a strong hint by the CO to work it out. Went for the find today. It looked like a long way or a short way to the cache. I opted for the short way and was rewarded. Soon saw some tell tale seasonal clues and found the cache hidden right there. I wish I could give 2 FAVs, one for the puzzle and one for the hide but am limited to one. SL

Love the music. Vince Guaraldi was one of my favorite jazz pianists of that era. Sorry but I'm too dense to make a correlation between a music video and cache coordinates.

Stared at the puzzle for what seemed forever and almost gave up, when I tried one more thing and voila, the puzzle was solved! Super clever! Spent some time at GZ until something eventually caught my eye. Signed log. Thanks for a creative puzzle and hide that definitely earns a fav! (The Charlie Brown Christmas music is the best!)

Well first let me start with .... this puzzle was BRILLIANT! I don’t know how you came up with this but Bravo! Ok enough compliments, don’t want you to get to confident.

Admittedly this puzzle was a lot more difficult than I thought. However was able to solve it when I had a Ah Ha moment, and then thought oh you Benj59. Today we made time to get to the final. Getting there was difficult too. The final did not disappoint! Christmas time is here. Saw chrooit of the corner of my eye and was like this BRILLIANT too. This fully earned a favorite point!! Wish I could give more. Also not to bad to be the 2nd to find.

Some may say we are crazy, but this game/hobby is one of the greatest gifts. Who doesn’t love a great scavenger hunt. Hiking, biking or driving hundreds of miles to sign our name on a piece of paper. This brings us a lifetime of joy, and new friends from all around the world.

Thanks for placing this cache and keeping our recreation going. SL/with PoshCacher/MagicCacher.Tftc

I'll probably never solve this puzzle, but want to let you know that this is my all time favorite Christmas music and thank you for playing it "for me"! Love Vince Guaraldi!

{*FTF*} 7:38 PM with Atomic Corgi.

I received the notification for this one right when it came out and I begun working. I noticed that the link for the video wasn't functional but was still able to find my way to the video after doing a little research. That was one issue solved but now the next was figuring where to go from here. I really enjoyed your rendition of the instrumental, very fitting for the season. I probably watched that video around 7 times doing a variety of different things to try to come up with coordinates. The auto-focus of the iPhone kept making me wonder if it was the video or me haha. Without much luck at first, I finally thought of something different and soon after, I had the green light.

Colorado is the 3rd state that I've lived in, the other's being Illinois and Utah. When it comes to FTF's, so far cachers out here are the fastest to respond. I've been out here for around a month and haven't had much luck at all! Seeing as how I was the only solve on the Geochecker and the link was still down, I thought that I'd give this one a shot.

So we headed out in the dark and made the drive over to an area that seemed like a good place to park. Being nighttime, I wasn't sure if we'd be able to access the final location without arising suspicion but after looking over the maps, it seemed worth a shot! A quick walk over and we started the search. Not too long after, I spotted something that seemed out of the ordinary. Following that and a few more, the cache came not too long after.

This actually marks my 180th FTF! I started getting into them back in the summer of 2016 and it's always fun to look back at the different one's over the years.

Love the theme for this one, thanks for the fun. A well earned favorite.

TFTC SL!
