You're looking for a small container at this beautiful Harriman Lake Park.  Cache should be winter friendly.

Walk a few feet further west and you will see a line of small boulders going into Harriman Lake. That is "Stone Altar." On Valentine's Day of 2010 I proposed, in the snow, to the "Love" half of Link2love. Then on December 31, 2010 we were married at Stone Altar. Our rule was that we would get married on the first snow of December. It was right at sunset, about 5:00 p.m. and the temperature was five degrees. It was glorious!
