{FTF} at 5 pm. This was quite the adventure. Anxious to get our FTF for December before all the Christmas frenzy begins. Saw it publish yesterday but figured too long a drive plus George had sliced his thumb pretty badly and didn't want to drag him out. Saw it still hadn't been found this morning but had plans for the day. Still unfound at 3:30 !! Not much snow on the ground here but its a long drive and would be dark by the time we got there. Of course common sense lost and off we went. Wait, Boulder got much more slow than us and now it is dark, streets are icy and its cold. Luck was on our side though and made the find in just a couple minutes. But then we couldn't open it !! I guess it was the cold because we took it to the car for it and us to warm up and easily opened it. Signed log and replaced as found. Unique set up. So maybe on a warm sunny afternoon this would have been a 1/1 but on this cold snowy night it was not !! But we found it, got our FTF and we are happy. Favorite point for hiding a cache we won't forget.
