This should be an easy one to get to. You are looking for a small container with only a log sheet in it. BYOP and a tool of the trade might be helpful to get the log out.

I placed this cache as a reminder to look twice before you pull out on a road. In the summer of 2016 there were two fatal accidents involving motorcycles right here on Irma Drive. One was at the entrance to the commercial buildings across the street from this Cache, and the other was closer to 104th. So PLEASE, if you ride, please be careful out there and wear a helmet. If you're in a car or truck, please Look Twice! Hug your loved ones regularly.

#1 Beefers and I searched for a long time. We had some extra clues from another cacher and we still could not locate the cache or the item that he mentioned. Bummer.
