Out with JustFindingOurWay who was doing the climbing...no find today

Turtlehkr and I spent nine days on the Green River, watching the cliffs slide by. Just because we watch cliffs doesn't mean I want to climb one. We're headed home a less direct way, specificially to pick up three new Colorado Counties. It wasn't until I got on site that things seemed to point to challenging places. Walked back up the road to where access might be easier, and did some T2.5 exploring. The GPS said I got withing 10' but never spotted the cache. That's 2 Montrose County caches that didn't turn yellow for us! It was a beautiful view!

This is a very cool spot, GeoDog was making me nervous getting close to the edge. Unfortunately, the narrow canyon slot created the worst wind tunnel that I would experience all day. Terrible conditions but good views. Thanks.

Didn't go all the way up, we aren't mountain goats
Difficulty and Terrain should be higher

Found it. Is on opposite side from where you think and requires some mountain goat skills.

Driving from Montrose to Moab and we needed to get out of the car to stretch our legs. So time for a geocache. We took one that is a bit adventurous :-). The kids loved it.
